2021 has been a pioneer year for diversity and inclusion at HUGO BOSS. Back in April, we welcomed Rashmi Verma as our new Head of Global Diversity and Inclusion, to shape the future of our Company when it comes to openness and diversity.

We want to understand each other and move beyond simple tolerance to embracing and celebrating all dimensions of diversity. That’s why we have launched – amongst several other initiatives – the HUGO BOSS Diversity and Inclusion Feedback App, giving all our employees a voice and collecting improvement ideas from all around the globe. Going forward, an international taskforce, with employees from all over HUGO BOSS, will drive the implementation of key initiatives to foster diversity and inclusion across the Company.

We are very proud that our strong commitment is also recognized externally: only recently, HUGO BOSS was once again ranked among Financial Times’ top 100 “Diversity Leaders” in Europe, another major milestone along our journey!
